Arrive
Settle into the house and an opening dinner together: where you are now, and what you want to be true by spring.
Straight after Arab Nomad Fest · Taghazout
Five days of building, in one house in a surf town. The festival is where you meet everyone. This is where you actually build the thing, and you leave with something finished.
The room
A small, high-trust room of founders. I set the pace and build my own work alongside you all week, and you leave with something real: shipped, and filmed on the beach before you go.
One room, one week, everyone shipping at the same time. Momentum you cannot manufacture alone.
I run the room and build beside you, close enough to get into your actual work, not talk at you from a slide.
By the last day your offer, site or first email is live, and you have the footage to show for it.
The AI edge
You do not need a team or a big budget. Arab Digital Nomads, its site, content, funnels and back office run largely on AI. During the week I open my screen and hand you the exact tools, prompts and workflows I use, nothing hidden.
Sharpen your offer, and write landing copy, email sequences and ad angles that sound like you, in minutes.
Build and edit your site, automations and small tools without a developer. I show the prompts and the guardrails.
Turn one idea into a week of posts, scripts and a newsletter, in your voice, not generic AI mush.
Onboarding, docs, customer replies and the boring back office, set up so you can keep building.
Understand your market, competitors and pricing fast, so your decisions are sharp.
Images, thumbnails, and turning your footage into content that actually ships.
You leave with your own AI playbook set up on your machine: the tools, the prompts and the workflows, running.
Five build days, and one finished thing.
Arrive
Settle into the house and an opening dinner together: where you are now, and what you want to be true by spring.
Your offer
Morning movement on the beach, then the hard session: who it is for, what it does, what you charge. Most people leave this day having cut something. Surf lesson later.
Build day
Your site, your systems, and using AI properly rather than as a toy. I show you exactly how I built mine, screen shared, nothing hidden.
Audience & content
How you get found and how you keep showing up without burning out. Hammam in the afternoon, then Souk El Had in Agadir for anyone who wants it.
Ship it
Work session until it is live, then I film each of you properly on the beach. Closing dinner.

Or stay on. Taghazout is cheap and the waves are still there.
Days three and four are masterminds: everyone gets a proper 45-minute hot seat, and the room works on the one challenge you bring. Someone writes down what you commit to, and on the last day we read it back.
Bed, every meal, and the whole week.
Not included: your flights, and anything you drink that is not at the table.
Who it is for
Founders, freelancers and creators with something real they are trying to build. You do not need a business already making money. You do need something you are actually trying to build, because the whole week points at it. This is especially for people doing it solo who want AI to do the work of a small team.
Eight people is the cap, and it is deliberate. Small enough that everyone gets real time on their own thing.

Why this exists, honestly
I went to a retreat like this in Vietnam earlier this year and it changed what I was working on. It cost far more than this one does. I am running the first edition at a first edition price, and because the people in the room will be people I have just spent a week with at the festival.
I am not going to stand at the front and tell you I have it all figured out. I built my own site, my own community and my own systems recently enough to remember exactly how, and that is what I am sharing. We build in the same room, at the same time.
The way in is a quick call. Book a call to learn more, and if it is the right fit I will send you the link to reserve your spot.
For anyone booking during Arab Nomad Fest. Everything above included.
Book a callSame week, same everything. The festival price closes when the festival does.
Book a callAdded to either price above, subject to availability.
Book a callOn the call I answer anything and, if it is a fit, send you the link to reserve. A 30% deposit holds your place and the balance is due on arrival. Minimum two people; if fewer book by 20 October the week does not run and you get every euro back.
